Remote Call Center Marketing Representative

DOV Marketing is a U.S.-based marketing company seeking Remote Call Center Marketing Representatives to generate qualified appointments for potential customers.

This is a full-time, work-from-home position for candidates with strong English communication skills and experience in customer service, marketing, or sales. Compensation includes a base salary plus performance bonuses, creating opportunities to increase monthly earnings based on results.

• Contact prospective customers from provided lead lists and generate qualified appointments.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with potential customers.

• Record and report customer interactions and appointment results to the Department Manager.

• Participate in required training and coaching sessions, particularly during the initial training period.

• Learn and follow the company's sales, marketing, and appointment-setting procedures.

• Continuously improve performance based on coaching, feedback, and results.

• Advanced spoken and comprehension skills in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and comfortably with U.S.-based customers.

• Demonstrable experience in sales, customer service, call center work, or a related field.

• Comfortable using soft-phone or internet-based calling platforms.

• Stable and reliable internet connection.

• Working knowledge of spreadsheets such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Computer with Windows 10 or newer and at least 4 GB of RAM.

• Quality headset with noise-cancellation capability.

• Dedicated workspace with minimal background noise.

• Ability to work a consistent full-time schedule and participate in required training sessions.

• Coachable, dependable, ambitious, and comfortable working toward performance goals.
