10/10 experience - my braids matched the picture I sent (first pic) and they have a nice curl cream to remoisturize and define your curls once the style is finished.
The salon is also near the Arch of Catalina, Parque Central, Museo de Jade, etc so you can easily fit this into your site seeing schedule.
My only recommendation is the gel - it worked for me but it was notably a little watery so if you have tighter curls, you might want to bring your own if you want the style to last longer.
