McDonald’s Antigua feels nothing like a typical fast-food stop, with a spacious courtyard, fountains, and views of Volcán de Agua creating a surprisingly scenic place to take a break. The McCafé selection, local menu touches, and relaxed setting make it just as easy to linger over coffee as it is to grab a quick meal.

					This has to be one of the coolest McDonald’s in the world. Seriously — if you’re visiting Antigua, it’s worth stopping even if you don’t normally eat McDonald’s.

The building and courtyard are absolutely beautiful, with tons of seating, open-air spaces, fountains, greenery, and an atmosphere that feels more like a café or restaurant than fast food. You could easily hang out here for a while and relax.

The menu is also much bigger and more interesting than most McDonald’s in the United States, with extra food, dessert, coffee, and breakfast options you don’t typically see back home. Everything we had was fresh and really good.

It’s wild to think this is a McDonald’s. Between the architecture, courtyard, menu, and overall experience, it honestly becomes a tourist stop of its own in Antigua. One of the most unique fast food locations I’ve ever visited. Why wouldn’t you stop?

					So many great food options! Had one of the best chai’s i’ve ever had (vanilla chai frappe). Food was so tasty. So many seating options (inside the main area and in McCafe, or outside!). Everything was super clean too! Highly recommend!

					The prettiest McDonald’s we’ve ever been to! You’re basically sitting in an oasis with a beautiful view of Volcan Agua. They have table service so you just order grab a table number and they bring your food! Food was great and they had lots of options and different food items compared to what we have in Canada! It’s fast food but I’d definitely recommended stopping by to try it :)

					It's insane that this way looks the way it does and its just a McDonald's! Such a beautiful courtyard.

Staff here is friendly,  service here is fast, food tastes fresh, and there is so much space to sit and eat.

If you're looking for a late night snack, this is one of the few places that stays open til late.

					McDonald’s Antigua has a really nice atmosphere, much better than most McDonald’s locations. The place is clean and comfortable, and the food is good and fresh. There are several nice spots to take photos, which makes it fun to visit. Definitely one of the best McDonald’s locations I’ve been to. Highly recommended!
