Embark on the thrilling El Zur Mountain Bike Tour with panoramic views, purpose-built trails, and enchanting forest paths. The only trail of its kind here in Guatemala and we have exclusive access to it! Unless you are a landowner there or riding with Old Town Outfitters, you won’t be dropping in on any of these trails.

What to Expect:

Departure from Old Town Outfitters Shop in Antigua at 6:00 AM.

A 1.5-hour drive to the staging area by private transport from Antigua.

Option to buy breakfast or bring your own at the river base.

Safety information is provided before entering the river.

Rafting on the beautiful Coyolate River with class II and III+ rapids.

A river trip of approximately 13.7 miles (22 kilometers) lasting about 5½ hours.

Enjoying drinks and snacks during the river adventure.

Wrapping up the experience with a delicious lunch at base camp.

Access to showers and changing facilities at base camp.

Return to Antigua in the late afternoon.

Supporting efforts to protect and preserve Guatemala’s rivers.

This tour covers a moderate distance of 20 kilometers on the trail, offering an intermediate level of difficulty.
