Farmacia Roca receives consistently positive comments about helpful and friendly service. Reviewers describe the pharmacy as well stocked and complete, with staff who are kind, attentive, and willing to help customers find what they need.
One reviewer says staff went further by helping locate a medicine at another pharmacy when Farmacia Roca did not have it. Some employees reportedly speak English, which another customer found useful, and the location near the central park is mentioned as convenient.
Price is the main criticism in the supplied feedback, with one customer finding it more expensive than some alternatives while still complimenting the service. Another reviewer notes the presence of a luggage scale.
