I wrote the following with the caveat that the patio was closed due to rain so we could not get the views shown on the photo. However, it feels overhyped and was not worth the time it took to walk here. The service staff was inattentive, every time we ordered something they either did. It have it available or one or another machine was broken. We sat overlooking the city in the second level but the view are nothing special.
