La struttura si trova in una zona tranquilla a pochi minuti dal centro . Dispone di un bel giardino, il letto molto comodo come anche la pulizia delle stanze ottima. La mia camera dava su una zona interna quindi era un po’ buia, magari sarebbe opportuno cambiare il tipo di illuminazione. La doccia non butta fuori molta acqua

Very sweet owner and very reasonable price, but the bathroom had a very smelly drain problem and very cold showers!

En agosto de 2025 nos alojamos allí y la experiencia fue buena. Nos permitieron dejar las mochilas sin problema, lo que nos facilitó mucho la estancia.

Las instalaciones eran correctas, limpias y funcionales, y el trato del personal fue amable y profesional.

An attractive colonial property, with a pretty enclosed and secure garden, a comfortable bedroom and adequate en-suite. There’s also a shared kitchen and filtered water available. A daily breakfast menu is on offer. The staff were friendly and there are a couple of good restaurants nearby.
As is common in Guatemala, there’s a lack of wardrobe space, lack of waste bins and recycling facilities, no bathmat in the bathroom and the shower water temperature was tepid. Gap under the bedroom door was large enough for insects to crawl through. It took ages for the staff to notice the sign on my bedroom door requesting the room needed cleaning.
