“What an amazing experience 🤩 My family loved the awesome views from our room and cooler weather. Our daughter enjoyed all of the open space in the hotel including the bonsai garden. For me, the service staff was excellent 👌, from the moment we arrived they were waiting for us with warm blankets and hot chocolate. The staff also accommodated us with a few special requests, their attention to detail was amazing.
