At Cerro San Cristóbal we are very careful with the selection of the ingredients we use to prepare each dish we serve, making sure all the ingredients are fresh and that our visitors enjoy the view and a great meal. As a business our mission goes beyond commercial purposes, we make sure that all of our operation is performed by locals, on this way we do not only receive the benefits from a business, we also make sure we support the community and provide job opportunities in the ares.
