Phone retailer and phone repair shop selling phone accessories, sim cards and top ups.
Orlando GSM is particularly useful for travelers who need a local SIM card and mobile data. Customers describe buying short-term and monthly plans, having the SIM activated in the store, and being connected within minutes.
Staff are frequently described as helpful when getting foreign phones working in Guatemala, including American and European devices. Reviews mention assistance in both English and Spanish, although the level of English can vary by staff member.
The practical strength of the shop is the combination of SIM sales, activation, and hands-on setup rather than simply handing over a card. Several visitors also consider the service fast and reasonably priced.
