Mesoamerican fusion, creative and sustainable kitchen. The best ceviche in Antigua, many patrons have said. The interior of the restaurant is also very warm and cozy with lots of beautiful plants.
Maxan was the best restaurant we have been to during our stay in Antigua. The food, ambiance, presentation and service were near perfect. I would give 9.8 out of 10 to Maxan. Very good job indeed.

I love this place. The staff was wonderful, welcoming and helpful. The food was fresh and delicious. The menu also has great variety. Sit up on the rooftop to enjoy the view. Definitely a must try in Antigua!

Nous avons apprécié la cuisine . En revanche le service a été lent . Deux d’entre nous avaient presque fini leur plat quand le troisième n’était pas servi .
Nous avons détesté le musicien qui jouait d’une sorte d’accordéon , c’était beaucoup trop bruyant comme musique d’ambiance .
