This is the first Ramen Shop in Guatemala and the first one using Japanese techniques with Guatemalan ingredients. Kombu brought the techniques and flavor profile from various trips to Japan. Kombu sources the best organic produce available in the surrounding markets. They make their own noodles with NON-GMO wheat and organic chicken stock and local ingredients.
