We arrived late in the evening, and the restaurant was completely full, but we were happy to wait for a table to become available, and it was definitely worth it.
The meal was outstanding and the service was excellent throughout. We ordered the Salade aux Pommes, which was fresh and delicious, and the Filet Mignon, which was easily the best steak we had in Guatemala, truly at an international level in terms of quality and flavor.
For dessert, we had the Tarte Tatin, which was absolutely excellent and the perfect way to end the meal.
