“I’m always in doubt to give a 5 stars in a review since I believe that there’s always room for improvement. This time, however, I give a 5 star since our room was perfectly located within the hotel with a fantastic view of the lake and the volcanoes. The room was comfortable and clean. Everyone at the hotel were helpful and friendly. The hotel was perfectly located close to the main points of the city (lake, ferry, parapente landing area, Santander street) yet enough distance away from noisy areas. The restaurant and other services within the hotel were also excellent.” -Mario Mayen
