I started working with Dee to compliment my physical therapy and to work on some very specific old or recurring injuries. Not only is she helping me with these specific issues in our 1:1 clinical pilates classes but she also has uncovered some underdeveloped muscles, areas of weakness, and new ways of stretching areas where i'm tight, all of which are contributing to my overall recovery and future injury prevention! She's amazing at reading the human body and spotting what needs to be worked on, and more importantly, HOW to work on those items in a safe way that produces results! HIGHLY recommend working with her if you are an athlete or if you want to improve specific challenges, she's a wealth of knowledge and a true expert!
