An amazing gym with very friendly people. It’s a place for travelers, so people come and go.

Sometimes they have higher belt from other countries giving a class.
Keep in mind that this means that the level and the attendance fluctuates a lot.

They also have a cold plunge (ice bath) and sauna.

Just a little note of my experience:
I had the pleasure of gaining knowledge from Matthias Meister who is the owner and head instructor of NOLA BJJ (New Orleans). He is a Pan American BJJ champion and IBJJF Masters World Champion at the Black Belt level. Matthias received his Black Belt in BJJ from Carlos Gracie Jr. in 2009. He received his 4th degree in 2023.

Such a welcoming gym and really accommodating to all skill levels. I learned a lot in my three weeks training here, whilst staying in Antigua. Coaches and the team are great as well. Highly recommend!!!

Popped in for no-gi jiu jitsu class since I was in Antigua for just a couple days and it was great! The gym has some pretty cool vibes and the instructor was very knowledgeable and detail oriented. Got a few good rolls in and left feeling great.

Nice gym in Antigua, fitness classes in the mornings are good as well as the instructions in the afternoon. I would recommend stoping by if your in Antigua.
