This was a great experience. The staff were funny, kind, and explained the directions well. The food was traditional and delicious. The vegan menu included pepian (stew), rice, tortillas, radish salad, and atol de haba (a sweet hot drink!) Then we had plantain and chocolate dumplings (called rellenitos) for dessert!
We loved it! Great for kids too (we were a couple and a thirteen year old)!

The chef was really nice, there was an English translator to help us understand what exactly was going on. We made many dishes and got to eat them all, it was amazing!

What a fun evening activity! I don’t know if anyone in our group drank more than 5 glasses of wine given how busy you are cooking, so the basic package is probably the way to go.
The instructors, including David, were super fun and kind. Not afraid to make jokes, take photos, and lean in to it being an experience as much as a class.
Met amazing travelers and had a wonderful traditional meal!
