What to Expect:

The class is designed to be accessible to all levels of practitioners. It can follow the format of a Rocket I or II sequence, with fewer postures and a slower pace. This is a great introduction to Rocket sequencing for newer students and a useful restorative practice for those who practice regularly.

Additional Information:

Monthly Membership $78.00 – Unlimited classes for 30 days from the date of purchase. Monthly passes are non-transferable between students.

Yoga Drop-in $15.00 – Valid for 1 class and includes mat rental.

10-Class Pass $105.00 – The 10-pass is valid for 10 classes and expires 180 days from the purchase date. 10-Class Passes are non-transferable between students.

5-Class Pass $65.00 – This pass is valid for 5 classes and expires 180 days from the purchase date. 5-Class Passes are non-transferable between students.
