You will definitely exercise the body and sweat without the need for heavy exercises or that may alter or affect any medical condition that you might have.
The exercises are adjusted to the needs of each person so it is safe to practice this class.
If you are pregnant or due to a medical condition you cannot perform high-impact exercises, you can come to our classes to exercise.
To enroll in this class with a monthly package there is a Q125.00 annual registration fee.
