What better way to explore a country and culture than to taste their cuisine? In one of our delicious workshops, you will learn how to become a real Guatemalan cook! On this page, you will find all the information you need to get started.
What a fun evening activity! I don’t know if anyone in our group drank more than 5 glasses of wine given how busy you are cooking, so the basic package is probably the way to go.
The instructors, including David, were super fun and kind. Not afraid to make jokes, take photos, and lean in to it being an experience as much as a class.
Met amazing travelers and had a wonderful traditional meal!

I did the walking tour and then the cooking class.
Walking tour led by David was not worth it. Barely 2/5. Our guide rushed through everything and did not explain much. We were told tour would last 1.5 hours…it lasted 1 hour.
The cooking class with Sonia was fun! 4/5. Great way to experience the city when it’s rainy out. Food was good, I’m glad we actually learned something vs walking tour. We were not offered wine. We didn’t want, but should have been given the option.
