What to Expect:

Roast the cocoa with us, shell it by hand, and learn how to make an infusion from the shell. With a stone mortar and pestle, we pulverize the grains to recreate the authentic Mayan drink with chili and honey.

We pulverize a little more, to create a small cocoa wheel simulating the traditional chocolate to drink, mixing with sugar and ingredients such as cardamom, cinnamon, almond, or macadamia.

In the end, we share 80g of our delicious dark or milk chocolate with you, so you can mold your own chocolates and decorate them with rings, blueberries, coconut, or biscuits.
