Cafe Estudio

Not a bad place. But also not a GREAT place. The prices are decent, the coffee is decent, the hot chocolate is decent. The service was friendly. They also don't sell food. They do take cards (and you can tap), so that's a plus.

The courtyard that they have is beautiful, with the airplane in the middle and chill vibes. They have a rooftop terrace supposedly, I wasn't able to go up cause when I was looking for someone to ask how to get up there, there was no one.

Overall, if you're in the area, stop by and check out the courtyard.

Came here once around 8am for breakfast, but they were not open yet. The maintenance guy who was there was super nice and even recommended another place where we could have breakfast.

I came back the next afternoon. I wanted to order a matcha, but it wasn’t available — they only had coffee and chocolate. I ordered a hot chocolate with water. I had to insist a bit that I didn’t want it in a to-go cup since I planned to drink it in the courtyard, but in the end the waiter brought it in a nice porcelain cup.

The courtyard itself is nice, but the overall vibe felt a bit off to me. There was no Wi-Fi, and the space is shared with Mr. Taco and a hostel. Some people were working on their phones and laptops (like a call center) , which made the atmosphere feel a bit confusing and not very cozy.

Overall, it’s not a bad place, but there are plenty of nicer cafés in Antigua with better vibes

Came here for the terrace and was informed they don't have one anymore after I'd already ordered. The courtyard was fine, just not what I'd hoped for. The coffee was okay, not the best, but the service was good.
