All I can say is WOW. So so delicious. One of the best places I’ve tried so far in Panajachel.
I got the 3 Tostadas chapinas. So good.
And then I ordered the Rabo Encendido. AMAZING. The sauce/broth was so flavorful, it was like a tomato soupy sauce that was seasoned so well. And wow it paired so well with the ox tail. It also comes with fresh warm tortillas.
If you are in Pana, definitely try this place! Also the staff was really sweet and accommodating and the atmosphere was great.
