The best place in town. Stay here if you can. The gardens are beautiful. the service is perfect. they have the best parking lot in town.

No doubt, beautiful. Food, drinks and amenities a bit pricey.
A bit noisy when workers roll their carts. No comfortable couches outside to enjoy the grounds. If you are in your room when they come with water, they won’t give you any. Found it funny. Personally I prefer a location closer to the Central Park.

Everything at the hotel is just wonderful. The staff is welcoming and attentive, the restaurant serves delicious food—especially the weekend brunch, which is a real treat! …

This is our favorite hotel in Antigua Guatemala, there are other more traditional hotels with Al old Spanish team, however they are not as comfortable and they are not as well run; this hotel is not that old, I think it opened in 2008 and is well kept, it doesn't look worn in need of a renovation, the hotel looks like new, the beds are comfortable, they have connecting rooms for families, the bathrooms are huge, the rooms are well sized, we keep staying here before we don't want to be disappointed by staying at other hotels. We will definitely come back.

Had a wonderful stay. Unfortunately we were gone most of the time. Its a place you need to spend enjoying the resort. It would be hard to find a nicer place anywhere.
