Everyone loves the view, especially if you get to see Fuego erupt.
“We went to Earth Lodge in Antigua for a meal and ended up canceling our other hotel to stay a night. The staff was very friendly, and we felt right at home. The view was spectacular. There’s no word to describe how surreal it felt. Doesn’t matter the weather/time of the day, it was amazing all around, really one of the highlights of our trip—we spent two days taking it all in. The pictures do not do it justice. The cabins were clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless and surprisingly bug-free. We also loved lounging in the hammock on our balcony. The hike to get there is steep, so be ready for a workout, especially with luggage. The only downside was the small food portions compared to the price, but everything else was perfect. If you’re thinking about visiting, do it. Earth Lodge is a must for your Antigua trip. If you don’t you’re missing out. We’ll 100% come back when we travel here again. ” -Aniss
