“My husband and I recently stayed at Cacao Hotel for our honeymoon and it was such a dream. The hotel itself was beautiful, and we especially loved our room, the Fireside Queen. We loved waking up and having coffee and breakfast on the terrace each morning, from which we could see the volcanoes in the distance. We also want to highlight the incredible staff at Cacao Hotel. Everyone was incredibly warm and friendly, and went above and beyond to be helpful. When our shuttle for the airport never arrived, the staff contacted a driver for us who arrived in 15 minutes and got us to the airport just in time for our flight. The staff also made coffee for us while we waited even though it wasn’t quite time to serve breakfast yet.
