Very good and cheap, highly recommended

I’ve tried Pollo Campero in the states, it’s good, but it’s very good here. Received a lot of recommendations to try it in Guatemala. Since I knew it as a fast food place, I wasn’t expecting to be greeted at the door, seated, and have someone come over to take the order.

Food was delicious and affordable, and the service was great. Inside the restaurant was really nice and clean too. If you don’t want to sit down and eat, you can order in an area on the side and take your meal to go.

I stopped in with a friend, and I’m really glad I did. The chicken was flavorful, juicy, and cooked perfectly—exactly what you hope for but don’t always get. The sides were fresh, the portions were generous, and everything came out quickly.
The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for a place that serves great chicken at a fair price with good service, Pollo Campero is definitely worth trying. I’ll be back.

I have never tried Pollo campero before and there is one 5 mins away from my house in DFW
Fried chicken was pipping hot and you gotta add the ketchup and hot sauce that’s on your table
However, servers are not very attentive. If you need something you need to track and flag them down
In the very back of the restaurant there is a play area for the kids.
