I’m an old guy who spends a lot of time on my bicycle.I also just had a total knee replacement. Add to that the torture of riding on cobblestones in Antigua for a week and you’ll see why I wanted, no needed, a good massage! And Alejandro delivered (literally) just that. I was staying at a funky cabin surrounded by birds and critters and it was great to have the option of being at home. Alejandro knows his craft, and understands when you request a firm touch. An excellent experience and highly recommended!

I did 4 weeks of yoga with Ale at Finca la Azotea during our stay in Antigua. She was professional and friendly. I loved her technique of teaching and including us in deciding what we felt like each day. She is a talented instructor who pushed us in a very gentle way to reach for more while encouraging us to think deeper about our practice. Thoroughly enjoyed every session and id highly recommend Ale to anyone, beginner or otherwise.

We attended yoga classes for a month. Even my husband fell in love with yoga and wants to continue his practice. Also got a couples massage. Great value for massage. Highly recommend!

Great lymphatic drainage massage! I felt very light and relaxed afterwards. The therapist was knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!

To be honest I have not been at VIHARA itself, but Alejandra has given me yoga classes for 4 weeks, 3 times a week, when my son went to Antigua Global Explorers Worldschool. The yoga classes were amazing. My body feels much stronger and flexible after 4 weeks of practice and after most classes I felt extremely good and peaceful. I am going to miss Alejandra's classes and I would definitely recommend joining them if you have the possibility.
