Club Finca Colombia is an innovative sports club founded in 2010, focused on people who want to lead a healthy lifestyle, through various sports disciplines that allow them to develop their skills to the fullest.
Water aerobics is the performance of aerobic exercise in water such as in a swimming pool. It is done mostly vertically and without swimming typically in waist-deep or deeper water. Water aerobics is a form of aerobic exercise that requires water-immersed participants.

Our classes for adults are taught in a semi-Olympic pool per lane, there can be 3 students and in general, inside the pool, there can be 15 people.
The implements to be used are caps, glasses, and non-cotton polyester shorts.
The pools are heated by means of solar panels so the temperature ranges between 25 to 27 degrees.
We offer a trial class which can be scheduled with us.
There is an enrollment fee to be paid on a yearly basis.
