Ceiba Spa at Porta Hotel Antigua receives strong praise for massage, especially Swedish and deep-tissue treatments, along with its polished hotel-spa setting. Reviewers frequently describe therapists as professional, attentive, and responsive to pressure preferences, with Blanca, Valentina, Samuel, Olga, and others receiving individual compliments. Guests also appreciate the comfortable treatment rooms, showers, locker facilities, tea, water, sauna, steam-room, jacuzzi, and other amenities.

The experience is positioned at the higher end of Antigua’s spa options, and most reviewers feel the facilities and service support that premium feel. One individual reviewer considered the service average for the price and mentioned discomfort from mosquitoes, while another found the spa a little difficult to locate within the hotel. Those are limited concerns within a much broader pattern of positive feedback about relaxation, recovery, and attentive service.
