We had an issue with service here. We came in to get a pizza and decided to get one of the XL’s for 2 of us to split. Not sure what had happened, but after placing our order, it took 1 hour for us to get our pizza. We watched everyone who came in after us get their pizzas and finish them in the time we were still waiting. Several times, we asked the lady working for an update, and she told us 5 more minutes every time. By the time we got our pizza, we were no longer able to eat inside due to time constraints, so we asked for the pizza to go. Frustrated, we asked the lady for a partial refund due to our very long wait time and not being able to eat inside as originally planned. At first, she explained to us that each pizza takes 15 minutes to make. Luckily, we had kept the receipt that showed the time we ordered, and when she saw we had indeed waited for 1 hour, she gave us a full refund without further incident, which we appreciated.
Aside from this issue, the pizza itself was incredible. Would highly recommend.
