We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Aqua in Antigua. From the very beginning, when we first contacted Ana María, the manager, everything was exceptional. She was incredibly kind, respectful, and very helpful while assisting us with our reservation. We wanted to spend the afternoon enjoying the rooftop and also have a special dinner, and she made the entire process very easy by helping us arrange every detail with great communication and care.

When we arrived, they were already expecting us and had prepared a beautiful table for our evening. The service from Kevin and Francisco was truly outstanding—far beyond anything we have experienced before. They were attentive, thoughtful, and paid attention to every detail. They took the time to give us great recommendations and made sure that every moment of our dinner was special.

Thanks to Ana María, Kevin, Francisco, and the entire Aqua team, we had one of the most memorable dining experiences we’ve ever had. The service, the atmosphere, the food, and the overall experience were simply incredible.
