The food is good, but not exceptional. The dishes are fresh and authentically Guatemalan. The service is friendly and fast; however, they forgot that the reservation was for a birthday and I had to remind them, which ruined the surprise. The dessert shop is the best part and very charming.
As for the place, it has a traditional Guatemalan style, but it doesn’t look 100% clean. The sink area in the restroom looked dirty, with hair and grime around the decorations. In addition, on the OpenTable platform—where the reservation was made—I was offered ‘the best terrace in Guatemala,’ but when I arrived, it was not available.
