					I really enjoyed my class at Shakti Shala. The studio is beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in.



I attended the Candlelight Slow Flow class with Silvana, and it was fantastic. She’s a wonderful teacher—calm, attentive, and she guided the practice at a pace that felt both relaxing and nourishing. I left feeling grounded and refreshed.



The only small downside is that the studio overlooks a busy street, so there is some traffic noise during class. Fortunately, relaxing music is played, which helps create a peaceful atmosphere despite the occasional outside noise.



Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I’d happily recommend Shakti Shala to anyone looking for a quality yoga class in Antigua.

					A perfect peaceful place to practice yoga. I took two classes both rocket yoga classes. Both instructors were amazing and helpful with their teaching. These classes allowed for me to expand and explore my practice as well with the help of the instructor.

The space was clean and I was able to use one of their mats. The mat looked newer and clean as well.

Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

					Amazing yoga studio! We stopped by this studio when we were in Antigua the first day and loved it so much we went back every day we were in Antigua. Can't wait to go back to antigua so I can visit the shala again!

					I am traveling and I took a class with Isaac and I was nervous and hesitant to sign up because I had never tried mysore before and it was a great experience it was the perfect amount of guidance and instruction (instruction was offered in English) as well a time to explore the movements and work and focus on my breath. I would recommend this 100% to anyone it was a great experience!
